10月30日(土）感染症対策員会施設内研修

 

10月30日、土曜日。午後より、施設内の感染症対策員会が主催となり研修会が行われました。

食事中に嘔吐があり、職員は、感染症を疑い、適正な処置を行う一連の行動をビデオで撮り、それを、参加職員がもう一度見ながら、様々な意見を述べていくという研修会でした。職員からも、積極的な意見も聞けました。そして、何度も繰り返し研修を続けていくことの大切さを再確認しました。

Though there was vomit during a meal and a staff doubted an infection and took a series of behavior of which I dispose properly by a video, and a participation staff saw that again, it was the workshop expressing the various opinion. An aggressive opinion could also be heard from a staff. And importance of continuing the training repeatedly many times was reconfirmed.
